All you need to have for E-faxing is an sltnet E-mail account.
No more fax machines no IDD calls. You can just fax to almost
any leading destination in the
world only for the cost of an email.
How to send:-
- Compose your message as you would do when sending an Email
- Type the following in place of the receiver's email address
- Name@CCACfax#.iddd.tpc.int
- where Name is the receivers name, CC is for the country
code, AC is
for the area code and fax# is the actual fax number.
- For eg. if you need to fax to one Mr. Perera in Colombo(area
code is 11)
- Sri Lanka(Country code is 94) whose fax number is xxxxxx,
you should type
perera@9411xxxxxx.iddd.tpc.int
If you want to add Company name to the fax please type '/'
(forward slash) after the 'name'
followed bythe company name.
Presently this e-faxing service is available to the following
