Simplify your billing. Subscribe to eBill service and get delivered your monthly bill to an email. This service can be activated online by authorizing your account details.

Do I get printed bills hereafter?

No

Can I deregister from this service?

Yes, you may call 1212 or visit SLT Regional Office or Teleshops and make a request.

Deregistration is allowed only after 06 months of registering for those who have registered during the promotional period: November, 2017 – January, 2018.

What is the charge for eBill service?

This service is free of charge.

Can I request past bills?

Yes, previous bills can be requested through   “More Services” tab of the eBILL portal. The last 06 months’ bills can be requested.

How can I change the mobile number?

Visit eBill Self Registration portal and select More Service > Change Contact>Change Mobile.

Do I get billing related alerts?

Yes, you can opt to receive SMS alerts at the registration for eBill service. 

How can I change the email address?

Visit eBill Self Registration portal and select More Service > Change Contact>Change email.
