A. In case line cut
off during downloading mails, mail server temporarily save
mails in
other location for preventing mail loss.
It will be automatically recovered after 5 – 7
minutes. Please wait for 10 minutes and
try again. Then you can get mails, but still
problem continues, please contact Helpdesk.

A. Data is not transferring. DUN Connection
problem or Line Problem. Restart computer
