(GRIC), has been acquired by global service partner, iPass Inc (www.ipass.com), and as a
result of this acquisition, SLTNet has to re-orient the SLTNet internet roaming services to
the iPass format.
Current GoRemote (GRIC) dial up roaming service is supposed to terminate after 29 th
September 2006 by iPass Inc and all service partners are informed to migrate to iPass
network after the above mentioned date.
This iPass acquisition brings in new services such as broadband roaming (wired and wireless)
and mobile device connectivity in addition to the current dial up internet roaming services.
iPass has the world's largest footprint of Wi-Fi hotspots , with over 60,000 hotspot locations
and over 19,000 remote dialup access locations over 160 countries.
While introducing value to the services, SLTNet is supposed to pay a considerable access
charges to partner, iPass inc. and SLTNet is reluctantly compel to revise your roaming
