If you are using Windows 98 operating system please make sure that you are using Internet
Explorer 6.0 SP1 or higher version or Mozila 1.5 or higher version to avoid any difficulties in
accessing SLT Net web mail.
Also please make sure that http://web1.sltnet.lk URL is added to the trusted sites in Internet
Explorer security settings.
Configuring Internet Explorer Security Settings
- Launch Internet Explorer
- Select Internet Options from the Tools menu
- From the security tab select Trusted Sites Icon
- Click on Sites tab
- Uncheck Require server verification (htpps:) for all sites in this zone
- Add http://web1.sltnet.lk in “Add this web site to the zone"
- Click on add
- Click on OK tab on Trusted Sites window.
- Click on OK tab on Internet Options window
